  • Wash your hands

  • Keep the hygiene of food

Wash the food we consume such as fruit, vegetables, fish etc. Make it a habit to wear clips/clamps or plastic gloves to hold ready to serve food to reduce the risk of contamination. For a food handler food being sick is better not to have to work and connect with the food first.

  • Keep the hygiene of the place

Make it a habit of washing equipment and places food processing with a disinfectant or chlorine to kill germs in order to reduce the risk of bacteria multiplying.

  • Clean Clothes

Always replace and use clean garments in order not easily bacteria lives and breeds in our dirty clothes either exposed or food that has been contaminated with sufferers.
